The Swedish veteran in Bitcoin & Blockchain, Goobit Group, who operates the BTCX exchange service since 2012, opens the first Swedish platform for global trade in digital assets on 3 December.
The first Swedish exchange for crypto trading actually started a little over a year earlier, but the increase in customers became too great for the founders to manage on their own, and the Goobit Group entered as the new largest owner in May 2018.
The summer and autumn have been devoted to getting all permits in order, re-branding the entire service and recruiting a global team to cover all the time zones of the world.
New CEO of Nova is Oskar Söderström who, after 15 years in the digital media industry, now enters the crypto industry.
Oskar Söderström, CEO, Nova Standard Crypto Exchange:
“I was in internet and digital media in the early 2000’s. Such exciting times are here again, and I see many similarities. The team I became part of this spring is one of the most experienced in this field in the world, and you learn something new every day. “
“Despite the huge attention over several years now, crypto is a train that has barely begun to move. With a global team, global reach, and the necessary permits to conduct currency trading, there are hardly any limits for us.”
At Nova Exchange, more than 300 digital assets listed from the start and will list another 30+ before Christmas. In 2019 begins the recruitment of Listing Agents worldwide.
